Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an athlete sponsored by the company. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career when she was just 16 years old, and she stopped the sport of gymnastics. In 2017, she was 17 when she received her Pro Card. When she quit her gymnastics profession and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness competitions when she was 16. Within a year she was able to earn her Pro Card at age 17. She became the most youthful IFBB Pro ever. Ariel had to spend six years away from stage work when she was awarded her Professional card in order to finish the college. In 2015, she returned to the stage and competed at high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued after her initial show for several years, aiming for bigger and better goals every year. She also won four fitness awards by the end of 2009. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel had a long break after earning her Pro card to get her college diploma. In October 2015 she returned to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. In the show, she finished at third. In summer 2016, she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified for the Fitness Olympia. After three months she was on the Olympia stage to take home the 6th position in the Fitness Division. Ariel was completely no expectations when she entered she was thrilled with her result. Ariel was competing against the best of skilled athletes. Ariel continues to impress bringing an improved version of her physique each year. Ariel is a fan of working on her lower back. It is where she usually performs bent-over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on machines) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving on to the sets for working. Ariel is the most efficient use of her time. The routine she does for her back consists of three or more supersets consisting of 10-12 reps.
